Architectural Review Process
If you are considering making any exterior improvement or modification to your property, we kindly ask that you submit your plans to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval prior to beginning work.
This process helps ensure that all improvements are consistent with the community’s Covenants and Restrictions and maintains the overall aesthetic and property values of the neighborhood.
Submission Requirements:
To avoid delays, please include the following with your application:
- Fences: A copy of your site plan or survey clearly showing the proposed fence location
- Additions/Expansions (porches, rooms, etc.): A site plan drawn to scale indicating the size and placement of the improvement
- Materials & Colors: Detailed description of all materials and color selections
- Photos: Pictures, renderings, or examples are highly encouraged and very helpful for review
